Practice

I have represented individuals and families for more than four decades. I maintain an active practice focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters from truck, auto, pedestrian, motorcycle or bicycle accidents.

I also work with other lawyers in personal injury cases and civil litigation as co-counsel or trial consultant. This work frequently involves strategic case evaluation, trial preparation, and the effective use of litigation and courtroom technology, including emerging applications of artificial intelligence (AI).

Additionally, I provide legal counsel for individuals and families in other select matters. I intentionally limit the number of matters I handle at any one time to provide the best possible legal representation for my clients.
