Practice

My practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death cases arising from truck, automobile, pedestrian, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents. These matters often involve complex medical issues, substantial damages, and the need for careful case evaluation and trial preparation.

In addition to representing injured individuals and families, I work with other lawyers as co-counsel or trial consultant on serious injury and wrongful death cases. This work includes early case evaluation, damages analysis, trial preparation, and the effective use of litigation and courtroom technology, including the use of artificial intelligence.

I intentionally limit the number of matters I handle at any one time so each case receives the focus, attention, and preparation my clients deserve.
